About Us

Furniture Plus was founded in 2000 and the current owners have been there since 2006.

Furniture Plus is a furniture store owned and operated by a local family in Kaitaia, in the Far North of New Zealand.  We take pride in bringing you a wide range of furniture and home interior lines, offering a choice that can cater to all tastes. We enjoy helping our customers find the furniture that is right for them.

We stock and can order New Zealand Made and Imported furniture. Visit our showroom, which is over 700 meters square and open 6 days a week. During the Christmas Season we are open 7 Days. (See Store Hours)

We are happy to help you look for the right piece for your needs and if you have that tricky sized space to fill we can custom design your piece to suit.  With NZ made, you can choose your stain and colours.

We have a variety of timbers in our timber ranges.

SERVICES:

We offer finance deals to suit you with Our everyday 12 months interest free on Q card. Normal lending applys.

We deliver 4 days a week and (if goods are in stock) can sometimes do same day deliveries. Deliver fees apply.

We will install our Autoflex Beds Range. and can install other furniture on request a small fee may apply

We offer an in-house Fibre Care spraying service to help you protect your new lounge or dining suite. Fees apply

We can do quotes for all your requirements: Insurance, WINZ, CYFS and others 

12 Week Layby is available: terms maximum. 20% deposit for the total price required.

We also offer a gift wrapping service.

Special Orders: Any items ordered in especially for you will need a 50% deposit when ordered.
